EI Lab organized a one-day workshop cum training for young and senior IAS and ACS officers of the Kamrup district of Assam. The workshop was divided into two stages. The first half included an interactive introduction and professional achievements followed by playful exercises explaining the importance of teamwork and team leadership.

The second half of the workshop introduced the concept of Design Thinking followed by multiple real-world examples on how different countries have solved critical challenges using Design Thinking. It included cases studies of MindLab, Singapore's design thinking lab and others who have influenced the thinking process to design citizen-centric governance policies. It also elaborated the process and explained how the administrators can use this process in their district-level important challenges.
